Branding Toronto’s Pantry

Branding Toronto’s Pantry

When Toronto’s Pantry catering and restaurant needed a new look, we were delighted to get to work – as long as that also meant sampling from their delicious menu. Owner Sam Kanner takes great care in preparing fresh, healthy, and unique Kosher dishes, so he needed a brand that would communicate this creativity while also reflecting the warm neighbourhood feel of the restaurant’s interior.

Because Pantry offers catering and take-out options, having a logo that translates well on products was a must. We went with a seal-style design that would be both recognizable and still remind the customer that everything is made from scratch.

Recipe T-shirt designs

When it came time to work on t-shirt designs, we had the idea to create t-shirt versions of overly simple recipes. Thankfully, Pantry has an incredible sense of humour and loved the concept. Now, you too can learn how to make cereal.

Print Ads

For Pantry’s print ads, we wanted to send the message that eating brunch at Pantry was as comfortable as eating at home, but would taste way better. We love how cheerful and delicious these ads turned out.

Oh, and we wouldn’t dream of forgetting to include the menu in this post! Check out Pantry at 3456 Bathurst. We recommend any of their flatbread pizzas.
