We test the functionality of a website based on whether or not our grandmothers would feel comfortable navigating the site and whether they could do so without help and without frustration. - How well can someone use the website as soon as they see it?
- Are they able to perform basic tasks efficiently or do they need to spend time searching around?
- Do they remember how to use the site when they haven’t been on it for a while?
- When they’re using the website, do they make mistakes and have a hard time figuring out how to get where they’re going?
- Does the user like using the website?
