I recently had the pleasure to purchase a pair of glasses from SEE, a super cool eye wear store in Miami Beach. I always love going there to try on glasses and the sales people there are always friendly (even though they probably have to rearrange the glasses display 6000 times a day). Anyway, this week in the mail (snail mail) I received this awesome thank you note and a coupon for $100 off my next purchase. This hand written note could have easily been been replaced with an email and coupon but the fantastic people at SEE went above and beyond the typical expectations of a retail/customer relationship. Needless to say, it was a great personal touch to an already great customer service experience. Don’t be surprised but I think Trifunk may adopt their idea as well. Getting mail that is not a bill is always exciting.
